Matchmaking

Every single game me and my squad try to load into somebody, sometimes 1, sometimes everybody does not get pulled into the same game. Why does this happen every single match. 
We spend more **bleep** time trying to get into the same game than we spend playing this piece of **bleep** **bleep** game.
