Memory leak

Hello,

I am experiencing memory leak. I have rtx 4070 ti with 12 gb vram. When I play on the highest settings, I am experiencing big stutters after a few minutes and when I look into graphics settings It is using 16 gb instead of 7,5 gb, that It was using few minutes back. When I play on lowest settings, the problem is gone. But after 2 or 3 hours of playing It exceeds the my vram again and the problem appears again too. I have tried high, medium and low. It exceeds the vram even on medium, so I have to play on low the whole time.
