Missing 100 BFC that I earned from a previous battle pass.

I don't really understand how but the coins never appeared in my account even though despite me completing the whole battle pass.

In countless e-mails EA support has asked me numerous, albeit, irrelevant questions.

After which the conversation ceased and I received an invalid link to an EA chat.

After that I had to open a new case, since I could not post in the previous in any way, a seemingly live chat took place with an EA agent.

The agent told me to post a topic in the EA forum.

I have tried every single solution the EA support suggested (in multiple occasions).
