For missing content issues, unfortunately, there isn't much we can handle through the forum, as only our support team can verify the account status and look into entitlement details.
If one of our advisors has already replied to you about this, it may still require a bit more patience. In the meantime, I will also try to get a better understanding of the situation.
I have submitted a report ticket and spoken with live chat. Their answer was "we don't have a solution to this right now, but we are aware of the issue" and then the ticket gets closed.

I am sorry that I can only give a similar answer here if the support team has already made the studio aware of this. My understanding is that your case may have been closed as part of their internal process, as they may not be able to leave a ticket open indefinitely...
I will also raise it again through the CM channel, but at the moment, I am afraid the main thing left is to continue waiting for a further update.
