Missing 400 Battlefield Coins after purchasing Battle Pass

I reached the maximum level of the Battle Pass before purchasing it. After purchasing the Battle Pass, I only received 700 Coins instead of 1100. 400 Coins are missing！

I have already waited more than 24 hours, restarted the game, and logged in again, but the missing 400 Coins have still not been added.

The video attachment  shows the buying process, it clearly shows that 400 coins missing after buying.
