Missing 400 Battlefield Coins after purchasing Battle Pass

Hello,

At the end of Season 3, I had 1,000 Battlefield Coins accumulated from previous free rewards in Battle Passes. On July 19 I purchased the Season 3 Starter Pack, which included 500 Battlefield Coins, bringing my total to 1,500 coins.

I finished all the paths, including 2 bonus ones, and bought the Season 3 Battle Pass for 1,100 coins on the same day, July 19, but my balance showed 1,100 coins instead of 1,500. After completing the Season 3 Battle Pass (which should have returned the 1,100 coins), I noticed I was missing 400 coins.

I then pre-purchased the Season 4 Battle Pass, and my balance dropped to zero. I thought maybe it would be back in a couple days, but I'm playing S4 already and still missing 400.

I contacted EA Advisor and he recommended making a post here, my case number with the EA Advisor is 251150357
