Missing 5.11 Tactical skin after redeeming code on EA website.

Is anyone else missing their 5.11 Tactical Engineer skin for NATO? I have my code in my email as proof, and I even redeemed it to the account associated with it, and I still don't have it.

I can confirm that today I received inbox game message stating to get the ew reward of the skin !! So hopefully all of you people will receive it 🧙‍♂️💙
