My account got the launch compensations booster which SHOULD include the battle pass.
But now that season 1 started, I don't have any battle pass. I even have the Phantom edition, so I should have 2 passes and a pro token (I have none of these).
I'm also still missing games I PAID MONEY FOR on my EA account. Your support keeps closing tickets when this is literal theft.
I have no hope EA will solve anything at this point.
We need a class action lawsuit against EA.
Same for me, no premium pass even tho I could not play on release. I only get auto responses on my tickets. Please help us get our premium pass working.

Same here, I bought the Phantom Edition and didn't get the BF PRO.
So I thought I didn't get my battle pass with me Phantom Edition, but it turns out I had to click the CLAIM BF PRO button on the Battle Pass screen. Then click the CLAIM THROUGH BF PRO TOKEN button. It isn't automatically activated, as I thought it would be.
I contacted support, reply was "all Battle passes were delivered to affected users. If you are affected by this issue leave a message on forums". So I'm here. Leaving a message.

I contacted support 3 times, during a whole month. No solution, no "promissed battlepass". I quit and spoke with all friends who playing BF6 that I WILL NOT return and NEVER-EVER will buy any EA game. First 2042, now this. Sorry guys that's beyond me, playing Arc Raiders, great game and good dev.
