Missing battlefield Coins

I’m sorry to hear that your Battlefield Coins balance has dropped suddenly.

In-game purchases will not appear in your Steam purchase history. Have you already asked our support team to check the BFC purchase history on your account?

yes, I asked the support rep to check my purchase history, and he said that nothing was showing on their end 

i have changed my password because i did noticed like 5 closed cases on my account, cases which i did not start i also asked him what those cases were but he said that it showed him nothing.  

I haven’t come across this particular situation before. I’ll see whether I can escalate this.

As this appears to be an individual case, the ticket may take some time to be reviewed. While you’re waiting to hear back from me, if you’re comfortable, you could also try contacting support again and speaking with another advisor. They may be able to identify something that wasn’t visible during your previous contact.
