Missing Challenge Items / Quest

Hey I´ve completed the first carbine challenge and in the progress menu all tasks are green and completed, but on the right hand side its not listed as complete.

In game I can see the weapon but if I want to use it, it instantly switches back to my previouse weapon.

I`ve added two videos showing my problem.
