Missing content even after hotfix

There's not much else to add really. My account is missing both bought and grinded content and after 48h, it's still not back. Trying to get a hold of EA (or anyone for that matter) is like pulling teeth. I just want a straight answer, are we getting our missing cosmetics and such back soon or can we kiss all that goodbye?
