Missing content in red sec

Hello ea team i have again problem with missing content that was fix it by your agent .Now all others agent dont have competence to fix it in 5 min like oast one who help me .Playerd card Torn Veil and dog tag with 4 blue bullets are missing again .Please do something with it help me .Ozyrixe ps5 303 lvl mailto:.[edit: email address removed]
