My battlefield 6 is broken.

Every time I go to start a a game I get an unknown error and before yes this use to happen and the game would just search for a connection and be fine but now it doesn't do that. I have to physically unplug my console, plug it back up and then I'm fine but this happens everyday I want to play and is very annoying considering the amount of money spent on this game. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again and no luck. Is there a way to fix this or should I just throw in the towel and go spend my time and money on another game.
