I preordered Phantom Edition on Epic Games. But Phantom and Tombstone pack are not visible in game loadouts.

I pre-ordered it as well. It wouldn’t let me download so I canceled order it again played one week then they stole that game back and stole Battlefield 2042 so now I have no battlefields to play. I have emailed them half a dozen times with no response feel like the only way to get my money back from them is to take them to court then you got the problem of you weren’t able to rank up definitely will order everything through Steam from now on. I will no longer order anything through EA and I will keep it with Steam. EA sucks.
