Missing credits from BP

Hi, I received 1000 credits after fuilly completing current battle pass in BF 6 - it should be 1100.  I can't fix it though the support for 2 weeks, this is ridiculous how this support system just doesn't work. It says 15 minutes for an agent to become available, but it happens after dozen of hours during midnight. It's 2026 and they require me to be online to deal with the issue not caused by me instead of just writing back.
