Missing open beta rewards

I've been working with support for literal months, since the very day bf6 released to get these earned rewards on my account. They don't show in my inventory and seemingly not a soul in this company can guide me as to why, they certainly are incredible at closing support tickets without a response, however. Is this company dead? Why would I ever buy anything from these ghosts again?
