Missing pre-order content.
Hey,
BF6 Phantom Edition pre-order purchased on Amazon UK.
Key received and redeemed on EA app prior to launch, ~2pm BST on 10th October.
Game was preloaded.
At launch all aspects of my purchase are recognized EXCEPT the pre-order pack unlock.
Can happily provide proof of purchase.
I have followed the guidance from EA_Leeuw on the info hub.
Nothing succeeded so I have contacted EA Help (#227222024).
However I am being told support are unable to verify my purchase?... To contact the retailer?
Is EA Help limited to only purchase from directly within the EA App?
I'm not sure how Amazon support are going to resolve an in-game content/account issue?
- The game is active on my EA account.
- Assumedly an activation timestamp can be viewed to verify the pre-order.
Unless I'm missing something is this not an EA account, launch hiccup issue?
I'm aware there were such issues at launch.
Does anyone have any assistance they can offer, or perhaps facing the same problem?
