I have the same issue. Played on PC with EA Play Pro subscription. Used my token then. Bought BF6 digitally for my PS5 and upgraded to Phantom Edition on 13.05. Had a chat with EA support on 14.05 and they told me to wait 24-48 hours. It's soon 48 hours since my purchase and the token still has not arrived, but Phantom skins have. Talked to support again and they told me to try to launch it on my PC again and reinstall on PS5 and if that does not work contact Playstation. Nothing has worked and I have not yet contacted Playstation support. Very disappointed...
