Kicked for Inactivity - In Loading Screen

I have been struggling with joining any game. I get the map splash/loading screen but about halfway through loading, it kicks me to the main menu with the timed out error.

I have repaired files, reinstalled, checked my network for packet loss, disabled overlays, repaired anticheat, updated drivers.

Not sure what is going on and any help is appreciated.
