Missing reward for being in the top 100 in destruction receipts in beta

Hi I was one of the top 100 in the leaderboard of the destruction receipts challenge and the x account of battlefield contacted me about giving me a reward for me being among the top 100 (I will show the proof) but today I've received all the rewards exept for this one.. can someone help me getting this reward that I earn?
