Lag/slo mo after Season 4 update

Game played fine using TAA no lag no stutter multiplayer and REDSEC season 3. Now after season 4 UPDATE without frames even dropping I get the packet loss symbol (3 yellow rectangles) In NON CONGESTED AREAS and I’ve even had to drop to a upscale (FSR ULTRA PERFORMANCE) which is a huge downgrade graphics wise compared to TAA and It’s unplayable period no matter what type of mode I choose.  Can attach my crash dump files if anyone can help but now I’m sitting here on Reddit doing more than research on on wtf is going on rather than playing the game I payed for.
