Missing rewards "Road to battlefield" in Battlefield 6

Good day 

First time in my life i started the theme on the forums, but i really tired that nobody can't help me to receive my rewards of " Road to battlefield" in Battlefield  6 :( Also support telling me that they can't help me and i need to raise the theme here :(

Also i receive the email to contact with them in live-chat, but i don't have these option on EA help site :(

Please, if some managers or other people will see these message, please, help me!

I really buy battlefield 2042 and play it only to receive 1 reward : Skin from BF3 as the memory of the good times when it was no problems and life was better
