Missing Several battlepass awards AND challenge unlocks

So I know for a fact this isn’t new news to some, as there’s a ton of posts about it everywhere, even had a new patch just a day ago and was no mention of the continued issues of not receiving battlepass tier awards as well the challenge awards not unlocking despite the challenge reading full, all the useless A.Is gonna do is recommend a restart or complete a match, which has been done repeatedly with no award, so the question, is this being looked into or is it being purposely ignored?
