Missing the 'Protection Expert 2' challenge reward

I have completed the 'Protection Expert 2' challenge and should have earned both sodier skins — Avalanche and Coldfront. However, I only got the Avalanche; Desert Locusts-Coldfront still shows that I need to complete 'Protection Expert 2' to unlock.
