Missing the Tombstone pack content.

Hello everyone. I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition on Amazon. And I never received a code for the Tombstone pack.

I got the code that came in the game case for all the Phantom Edition content. And I got all that.

But I never recieved a code for the Tombstone pack.

I've reached out to Amazon multiple times and they tell me they didn't have any codes to give out. I've tried contacting EA but their customer service is trash, absolute trash and full of bots who keep saying it was the retailer who was responsible for providing the code. But I'd like to confirm with a real fu**ing human that Amazon was supposed to provide the code or anyone who has received the code from Amazon.

Or was the Tombstone pack supposed to be included with the code I put in that came inside the game case for all the Phantom Edition content?

Either way. Id like to know was there two seperate codes? Or was it all supposed to be included in the one code? Was the supplier, Amazon, supposed to provide me a code?

I did pre-order the game but I am under the impression that if you bought the Phantom Edition, you also get the Tombstone pack.

Or was it only an online promo? You only get the content if you ordered it through the PlayStation store?

I am beyond frustrated trying to sort this out and EA, Amazon and even PlayStation keep running me around in circles. I just wanna know how to get my Tombstone pack.

I just want to talk to a real person at EA at this point and that seems impossible..
