Kugel_FIN The worst part about this is I read that once a ban appeal is denied (whether they give proper information or not) then other appeals won't help make a case to change it. So I think that because my initial appeal got declined, they set that so I can't make a new appeal. Absolute BS of a platform.
They didn't even tell me exactly what I did, they only told me that I broke their rules. And they used the term "item enhancement" which is an umbrella term for both hacking and non-hacking utilities. So now I am labeled a hacker even if I didn't hack (which I didn't), nor did the Anti-Cheat actually detect anything on my machine while playing.
But like playing 60+ levels means that the Anti-Cheat didn't find anything bad, otherwise I would have been banned as soon as I started playing. They just can't admit to me that it was from player reports that I allegedly broke their rules, even after admitting to them that I have utilities I use for other games where I am not banned. Naturally I leave those enabled thinking it won't be a problem here.
