Mouse not working properly

Anyone else having the issue of the mouse not letting you look around but you can still aim and shoot with your mouse? If you found a fix lmk please!

    Hello just fixed this issue for myself all as another person shared the fix

    Device Manager ---> Xbox 360 controller--> disabl;e that mofo

    Yep, instructions above to disable xbox 360 controller device and reboot worked for me.
