Battlefield network error

Xbox Series S — Mexico City, Mexico

Wired Ethernet connection.

Xbox network test consistently shows approximately 36 ms.

Battlefield 6 normally used to show around 48–53 ms, but recently it fluctuates between approximately 84–110 ms, with noticeable ping spikes and gameplay stuttering.

I tested Battlefield 2042 and Star Wars Battlefront II on the same Xbox and they show similar latency at the same time.

I also tested Battlefield at a relative's house in the same general area using Izzi instead of Telmex, and the latency was not lower.

In Portal, the lowest-ping servers available to me in both Battlefield 6 and Battlefield 2042 are generally 65 ms or higher.

Battlefront II's server browser also shows Oregon at approximately 65 ms as the lowest available server.

This makes me suspect there may be an issue with server availability, regional matchmaking, or routing to EA data centers for players in Mexico, rather than an issue with my local network.

Could you please investigate whether Mexican players are currently being routed to farther EA data centers than usual?
