Multiplayer won’t work

After season two dropped, I cannot play multiplayer on my PlayStation 5. I have the game on disc, have deleted and reinstalled twice. All the fixes say to go to manage files and uninstall and reinstall multiple. When I try that, it doesn’t uninstall, it stays as installed
