My camera shakes like crazy - video for better understanding.

Since I installed this game my camera won't act right making the game impossible to pay. 

I've tried verifying game file integrity, unplugging all devices then only reconnecting my keyboard and mouse. I've disabled controller support for the game through steam. Haven't been able to find anyone else who is having the same issue.
