My ea account has reseted in battlefield

I am suddenly at lvl 0, all the stats just show ” - ” My friends cannot join my lobby and i cannot join their lobbys. I still have everything what i have opened like guns, gadgets etc. And i can play online but for some reason my EA Account doesnt work.
