My In-game mic is way too loud Xbox

I recently started playing battlefield 6 in game chat a lot more frequently and have been told that my microphone is extremely loud. I have tried everything I can think of from looking through the in-game settings to moving my microphone very far from my mouth and its still very loud.

Is this a common occurrence or is this an isolated problem that I can't fix? I need genuine help.
