Slow loading, server lag

It seems to get worse with every update.  Textures are incredibly slow to load in game, and quite often I start the game with invisible players and weapons. Ground cover and other assets are super slow to load as well, though larger items are just fine like buildings and terrain features. 

Sound is almost as bad, with Sound FX lagging a few seconds to even 10-15 seconds after the action until it catches up a minute or so later in the game.  

Random server lag seems to be an issue, I’ve been booted from two servers today due to timing out even after loading in and playing for a minute or two.  

This is the only game doing it. My other games are fine, my LAN is fine and the WAN is fine as well, my ping to the server shows 15-30 max.  I had no such issues when the game was released.
