My sons account cannot connect to servers
I have no problems playing the game but as soon as we try to play using my sons account it will not connect to servers and gives me an unknown error

You're both playing on the same Xbox?
No we have separate accounts and Xbox’s
Thank you for your reply, all of my friends that come round and sign into their accounts manage to play fine, only my sons that isn’t working

Just to ask, have you checked that your son's account isn't a "Child" account?
