Negative ping in Asia server

It happened near 25 october to nowadays
"-310" in browser or "-1601962982" in esc after connection to the game

I have no problems connecting to such servers, all Japanese servers work fine with my provider and I can connect to any portal game directly (real ping around 100 and it's best server for me). 

The problem is that the official selection ignores such an unusual value and I always end up on European servers that are too far away from me and there the ping is always positive and corresponds to ~160 unstable.
