Network Disconnected Since Season 3 Update

Every time I try to open BF6--except the first and only time I've been able to play since update--I receive this error message. I cannot even get to the Main Menu to access single-player mode. 

I have verified my EA Account and can login to that. I can open and login to the EA Desktop App. 

I have done the IPConfig CMD commands.
I've restarted my computer.
I've tried opening Steam and the Game as Administrator. I've disconnected and reconnected all USB Devices.

This is the only game that isn't working.
