No answer to bug reports

im the only one that report some bugs and dosent get any answer or anything else? is EA that bad with support???

    It is very common for Battlefield Studios to not respond to every bug report. It doesn't mean they aren't aware of the bug. 

    If it's a bug that's impacting a lot of users, chances are they're on it. Look for sticked posts. They sometimes include "known issues".
