  • Same problem here I purchase the game via EA game plateform.

Multiplayer with sound. But Campaign Mode without sound as soon as I launch the campaing. No sound in animation, no sound in game.

    Please send help.

I have no dialogue what so ever in the game. In multiplayer it doesn't really bother me but the campaign on the other hand is pretty annoying since you have characters mouths moving but no dialogue comes out. Every other audio is present.

I will also just add that in addition to audio - I am playing with close captioning on, and not all characters are missing audio but when they do, there's no words captioned either...

Yeah, I've got the same issue. I'm using an ASUS Xonar SE sound card. If I switch over to the built in audio on the motherboard, I have sound, not the best sound, but sound nonetheless. Same, if I switch over to my monitor speakers and use the audio through NVIDIA on my display port. I've tried a bunch of a work arounds and tried fiddling with the frequency to see if maybe that was the issue, because I've had games that don't like 192 khz frequency.

If I go to into sound settings this is what happens, it locks the volume to 1 and I can't slide it.

Edit: I might add, that it works just fine on multiplayer. Literally, no issues at all.

  • i had the same issue. I looked up at the campaign settings and found that npcs voice volume was seto to 0, but i never touched the setting. Put it to 100 and everything worked just fine.

I activated subtitles, but they didn't show up and i didn't know why. Checked the subtitles settings and the opacity level was set to 0. Idk why everything was 0 but make sure you check everything

For me it was because I forgot I muted it, in Windows volume control
