VRAM and Slow motion during mulitplayer issues

Hi, I'm new to Battlefield 6 and I've played it a while with campaign and decide continue play on mulitplayer, I found out that the movement and game itself are extremely slow and a very high ping as well. I also found out that VRAM is exceed to 5GB while I only have 4GB.

My Laptop spec is GF63
RTX 3050 4GB
I5 11th Gen
24GB Memory Rams
1TB Nvme SSD
