No XP

I'm going into matches and coming out with 60+ kills and no gun progression or hardly any XP. I'm only getting 31 XP for anything I also play,  Redsec and all verified modes, still no progress on gun...

Im also having this issue i was also rolled back two levels gaining zero xp and zero weapon xp\
