Not received rewards for day 1 outage. Support refuses to assist.
Hi,
I am one of the long list of people impacted by the day 1 outage. I have phantom edition and was unable to access game normally on launch day.
I was unable to access the game normally with the message " Purchase game to play".
I tried reinstalling, repairing installation, restarting, via portal. But it is a farce.
All people affected by this issue were due to be compensated.
I did not get any compensation.
So, the system that is giving the compensation is broken/not working.
After multiple tickets and 2+ weeks of EA support making a copy/paste reply....what will we do now?
EA Supports reply is "We want to let you know that this was a known issue, and the studio has confirmed that all affected players have now been compensated. If you were impacted, the compensation should already be available in your account.
If you haven't received it yet, we suggest you post your request on the forums."
