NVO-228E TACTICIAN

Have a bug where my NVO-228 TACTICIAN (what i have equipped) is level 20 currently but i have 14 attachments that should be unlocked but aren't. It seems to be attachments from level 11 and up are not unlocking properly as that is the lowest level attachment i can find that is not unlocked but should be considering the weapon level is 20.

The TACTICIAN comes with a level 11 Brake attachment which also happens to be where the lack of unlocks begin. 

Also note, that the TACTICIAN variant is the one I've been using to level the gun up from zero and not the factory variant.
