I have the same problem with my i7 12700k and an RTX 5070Ti. I had no problems during Beta and now it can't reach stable 60FPS. I tried changing all kinds of graphic settings, but it still wouldn't run without latency and package losses. I turned on FrameGen 2x and that seems to take of load from my CPU and the game runs more stable now. But still not smooth...
