Hello, activating xmp on my RAM fixed the issue for me. It was running 2133Mhz by default and activating the feature to push the frequency to 3600Mhz fixed it. Works perfectly running 100FPS avg now (3900x + 2080Ti)

Dude, this seemingly fixed my issue. I only tested two games so far, but now I am getting over 200 FPS, and it feels buttery smooth. My ram speeds were hella low for some reason. Changing the XMP profile bumped me up to the speeds on the box, and I hope this solves my issue. Thank you.

Unfortunately, when I enabled this and tried to hop into a match, my battlefield would crash and then files would end up needing to be verified. As soon as I disabled XMP, I could at least "play" a match and deal with the latency issues.
