It is EA side because seems like most people are playing community servers just fine but when doing quickmatch the problems happen. It is frustrating because I want to play escalation but can't because community servers can't run that mode. I'm locked out of content because of this issue!

Can anyone at EA give an acknowledgement that you are aware of this issue??
