I've made a post about it here (High TN (Time Nudge) | EA Forums - 12744140) . It's TN (Time Nudge), some mysterious metric the game works on without any fixes unless the developer does anything about it.
At least you make more sense then another post about time nudge. Latency variation in this scenario is definitely network side and more so with how data is being transferred to and fro the server. If they can just optimize their side then it will run smooth.
I just hope EA support/devs see this is happening to multiple people and do something. Reminds me of battlefield 4 launch and the rubberbanding latency nightmare
