Packet loss help

Hello, ive been trying to play battlefield 6 but im experiencing constant packet loss, my ping is 40-45, im using ethernet connection and i have 100Mbps broadband. i do not have this issue on any other games and manual pings. and as of yet its only BF6. i tried lowering settings, capping fps, flushing and setting my DNS trying both google and cloudflare. Since they didn't address this problem in the recent patch it makes me think its from my end somehow. my current workaround is community servers, but its incredibly hard to play a gamemode i wanna play with stable ping using this temporary system. pls help.

after some fiddling i found i had installed the ddr4's incorrectly and corrected them (its now installed on dimm2 and dimm 4) the HWInfo is saying i have dual-channel, im not so sure how to enable XMP or EXPO though,

  • yeah just tested packets loss symbol is gone and im actually able to hit people now. really funny how thats all it took, guess you need that extra speed for all those players loading in at the same time.

Kailius2 I'm glad you're memory is in dual channel mode now and it fixed the network lag.

The memory timings are still pretty high since EXPO/XMP isn't enabled. EXPO/XMP should lower the memory timings and boost CPU performance a little more.
