packet loss

Hello, I am having a problem with packet loss. This problem has been going on for about four days now. I did not have this problem when the game was released. When BF6 was released, I played it on 2060 without any problems, then I switched to 3070 and the game ran even better (of course). But a few days later, I started experiencing packet loss during battles when I was somewhere outside of combat, so no problems there. I have fiber optic internet and I also use an Ethernet cable, I have the latest graphics driver... I used to have 80/90+ fps and now I have 50 with stuttering. I would be very grateful for help as it is unplayable.
