pc crashing and restarting

the game is crashing and it goes to black screen and the audio will cut out and turns to buzzing noise and it restarts my pc.  it happens randomly. can be in the middle of the first match i play or it can happen the second or third match.   in a rare case it will crash to the desktop with no error messages. i have tried a few things i seem online to try and fix it but no luck at all.  i had no issues with the beta or when bf6 first came out. it started happening recently. maybe two weeks ago. 

pc specs are i9-14900K , RTX 4090 , 64gb,
