Pc Fully Shutting Down After 5-10 Minutes

After 5 minutes my PC completly shuts down without warning, I need to completly power down and turn off and on to boot my pc again 

ve tried all available fixes to get this sorted 

Updated bios

Turn off PBO CPB

Run as administrator

Turn off XMP

And all other fixes ive found online, games completly unplayable and its absolutely brutal.
